Contact Us
The best way to reach us is by email:
We don’t share our phone number until your first ride, but on ride days we’re on call for all participants. We’re a small local charity with just 4 part-time staff, including a mechanic (we add up to just 2 full-time roles) and 50 amazing volunteers. Most of the time, we’re out cycling, training, or supporting rides.

Volunteer Cycle-Pilot with us!
We’re always keen to hear from prospective Volunteer Cycle-Pilots. Our volunteer crew supports our Elder Care Home Rides only (not our separate All-Ages service - carers are trained and supported by our staff for that).
We have 4 volunteer intakes per year. Join our friendly team!
At least 50% of our Cycle-Pilots are women.
All cycles have electric assist, and we provide training, ongoing support and several pilot social events each year.
Requirements:
A regular, confident cyclist.
Over 21 years old. Nominal stepping down age 65 [due to natural changes in reaction speeds specific to this highly demanding safety specific role].
Flexible availability on Mon-Weds weekdays only, to pilot rides every 2-3 weeks.
Must live in Brighton & Hove, for distance/arriving reliably on time by bike, assured cycle ability and stamina and knowing local routes.
