No telephone number (until first ride). We are ‘ON CALL’ by phone for all participants on the day of their ride. In addition to 50 volunteer crew our staff TEAM is just 3 part-time staff (we add up to just 2 full-time roles). Often outside - cycling, training and supporting on rides.

NO toilet at base. Public toilets Black Rock Station (currently closed, structural issues). Temporary solution is Asda in Marina. Accessible toilet, first floor.
Getting to our base: Lots of buses stop on Marine Drive or at Marina (both 5 min wheel or walk to us). Plenty of pay parking AND blue badge parking in Black Rock car park which is right by our base. Blue badge can park in any bay in addition to designated blue badge bays.

Volunteer Cycle-Pilot with us!
Always interested in hearing from prospective Volunteer Cycle-Pilots. Volunteer crew support our Elder Care Home Rides only (not our All-Ages separate service) … our staff train and support carers to pilot on our All-Ages service)
We have 4 volunteer intakes per year. Join our friendly team. Consistently minimum 50% Women Cycle-Pilots. All cycles electric assist, training & ongoing support given and several pilot socials a year.
Requirements: Regular, confident cyclist already. Over 21 years old. Flexibly available for one of: Mon-Weds weekdays (these days only) to pilot cycle rides every 2-3 weeks. Must live in Brighton & Hove, this is for distance/arriving reliably on time and knowing local routes.
